Hi there,

I am currently hosting a remix competition on my Discord server for my song 'The Block.' As the submissions are being accepted through Discord, you will need to join my Discord server to participate - although you are not required to stay.

While there isn't really an official prize for the winner of the competition, we may put together an official 'The Block' remix album featuring the top 4-6 best remixes if there are enough submissions.

There are only two rules to this contest:

1. Each submission must be sufficiently different enough from the original song otherwise it will be disqualified. As this is subjective it is hard to create a hard guideline for this, but my advice is to try change up the source material by at least 50%.
2. Do NOT put your remix on Spotify/Itunes/Google Play/etc without permission. However you ARE allowed to post it on Youtube, Soundcloud and Newgrounds.

Additionally, here are some things to note:

• You ARE allowed to bring up to 3 other collaborators to work on your remix together and you will be judged as a team.
• Your remix can be in almost any genre, this includes non-EDM genres such as rock.

You are allowed to do pretty much anything with the provided remix stems (ex: Mangle/fuck with the audio, sample the audio, or even convert it all to midi.)

If you are interested you may join my Discord Server and download the stems from #contests. Once you're done with your remix, post it to the 'The Block Remixes Thread' under the 'Contest Submissions' thread channel. The winners will be announced January 10th, assuming there are enough submissions.

I'm working on a new somewhat experimental album, and I'm looking for new music genres to try out. If you have a genre in mind, submit a response to this form. It can be literally anything, electronic music, acoustic music, popular, obscure, etc. The only requirement is that the genre has to exist already.

I will attempt to make a song of every genre submitted to this form.

Hey guys, I'm PRYZM, a trap/electronic music producer. I decided I would make an account on Newgrounds as I'm pretty sure Newgrounds allows you to upload high quality audio without shitty audio compression. I was also getting tired of being spammed by bots on Soundcloud.
